Once in awhile, the institute does organize and host events which bring together people around the institutes' vicinity.

Every year all students who complete their courses of study are passed out in a graduation ceremony, where they receive their certificates or diplomas. The day is also marked by a grand party thrown for the students.

Every semester, all new students who join the institute are officially received by the management of the institute. They introduced to the various units and staff and the culture of the institute. The day is also mark by party where get to familiarise themselves with the old students and the staff.
